A ground source heat pump, powered by renewable electricity from the wind turbine, delivers heat to the fast
response underfloor heating system while a heat recovery ventilation system ensures that almost no heat is
lost through exhaust air. The building will be very comfortable and warm for occupants while costing
almost nothing to run and being almost entirely carbon-neutral."
